Lab Cleaner Critical Cleaning Inc. Delaware, NJ Job Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals for part-time cleaning positions across several locations, including Center City Philadelphia, Exton, King of Prussia, PA, Delaware, and New Jersey. Responsibilities include performing a variety of cleaning tasks in highly regulated facilities in order to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assigned tasks. Perform routine cleaning tasks as instructed by facility specific Standard Operating Procedures. Mop overhead areas, ceilings, walls, and equipment to ensure thorough cleanliness. Work in personal protective equipment (PPE) including head covering, respirator, goggles, gown, and booties to ensure safety and cleanliness in sensitive environments. Follow cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethics. Ability to lift and move objects, including heavy equipment. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Reliable transportation to travel between various job sites in Philadelphia, Exton, King of Prussia, Delaware, and New Jersey, etc. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Ability to read and understand written directions. Good writing and verbal communication skills. A background check will be required.

Schedule :

Part-time hours with flexible scheduling. 3-4 days/week of 4hour shift Typical shifts include 6-10pm, 10pm-2am, occasional daytime hours Weekday and Weekend Shifts Work hours may vary depending on the site and client needs. Schedule will be made one month in advance with commitment to days required
