Cleaning Technician Position Available In Clinton, New York

Cleaning Technician Unified Facility Management LLC Plattsburgh, NY About us UFM is a family owned business. We are looking to add new members to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
• Perform buffing and floor maintenance tasks as required
• Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture or equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
