Janitor C2 Mobile Units 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 823 State Route 13, Cortland, NY 13045 Full Time – Monday – Friday; 5:00pm-1:30am Pay rate $18.00/hour, with a 2% increase after 90 days with a favorable review A new hire in one of the posted positions will qualify for a $500 sign on bonus, paid out as follows: $100 upon hire, $150.00 upon successful completion of 30 days of employment, and $250.00 upon successful completion of a 90 days of employment Rehired employees who worked for JM Murray/ESTI in the past must have been separated from the company for at least two years from their last separation date in order to be eligible for a sign on bonus. GENERAL SUMMARY
Completes daily cleaning of assigned work sites per cleaning specifications as provided by the Custodial Services Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality in order to perform tasks related to daily production demands. This position performs all hours onsite and at all assigned physical locations of operations. Follows all safety rules and regulations; wears and/or uses required protective equipment while working; immediately reports any safety concerns or unsafe working conditions to Custodial Services management. Conducts all aspects job responsibilities in compliance with JM Murray policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable governmental laws, regulations, rules and standards. Cleans and sanitizes in assigned areas including but not limited to restrooms, exam rooms, eating areas and common work spaces. Completes tasks including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of general office space, lobbies, waiting areas and common areas of work site. Completes cleaning of windows and entrance doors. Operates equipment including but not limited to vacuum cleaner and auto floor scrubber (floor scrubber with required training). Uses cleaning chemicals and completes cleaning/sanitizing according to Company standards and procedures. Ensures safe operation of assigned Company vehicle; ensures Company vehicles are maintained including keeping them clean inside and free of debris, have gas in them, and first aid kits are on hand and stocked; immediately reports any mechanical, safety or other needs for repair and maintenance. Perform physical inventories, audits and reconciles all stock of materials. Loads/unloads vans of supplies and equipment. Delivers supplies and equipment to assigned locations. Maintains a stocked and clutter free storage area within each assigned account location. Maintains confidentiality and discretion of the assigned accounts and work spaces. Removes trash and recyclable materials to the proper location and in a timely manner. Represents JM Murray in a positive manner, treating people with dignity and respect. Performs additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred 1 yr. experience in a production environment preferred Requires a valid NYS Driver’s License that meets Company standards KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Basic reading and comprehension skills and the ability to follow written instructions required Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and prioritize individual work loads Ability to work both as part of a team, and independently with minimal supervision
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Local travel, as assigned, requiring standard driver’s license
WORKING CONDITIONS
Job assignments may take place indoors and outdoors and require travel to various community locations, in various environmental conditions including rain, snow and cold weather.
