This position involves recurring maintenance cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and move-out deep cleans. Our weekly schedule is fluid and varies depending on client needs, so flexibility is a must. What You’ll Do:

Perform detailed residential and Airbnb cleanings with consistency Execute move-out deep cleans as needed Communicate clearly with the team using your cell phone for scheduling, updates, and customer needs Track your work and hours through our scheduling system

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of experience in residential or Airbnb cleaning (required) Access to reliable transportation (required) A smartphone for scheduling, communication, and client notes Strong attention to detail, self-direction, and the ability to adapt quickly A commitment to being on time and dependable

Hours & Pay:

Approximately 20 hours per week Paid training: $18/hr for 3 weeks After training: $20/hr Flexible schedule, but availability during daytime hours is required Opportunity to grow into more hours or a leadership role over time
