The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle commercial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness standards. Manage custodial responsibilities such as restocking supplies and maintaining equipment. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, particularly in residential or commercial settings, is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in custodial work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must possess a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
