Commercial Cleaner / Batavia CleanCraft LLC 127 North Street, Batavia, NY 14020 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere for both employees and clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies as needed, including paper products and cleaning materials. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment is an advantage. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.
