We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout New York, Long Island, and New Jersey. As a subcontractor, you will work on assigned cleaning projects with flexibility while upholding our company’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, trash removal, and detailed surface cleaning. Follow client-specific instructions and service checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to satisfaction. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to clients. Report any issues, damages, or supply needs to LB Cleaning Services management in a timely manner. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Requirements:

Previous professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both) strongly preferred. Must have own cleaning equipment and supplies. Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Information:
