The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces. Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing as needed. Conduct custodial tasks to ensure all areas are free of debris and hazards. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs. Engage in commercial cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met. Support residential painting projects as required, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean environment. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or materials as needed. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
