Porter & Front Desk Coverage Description:

DC Capital Management Group is seeking a reliable and flexible individual for a temporary position providing vacation coverage for both porter and front desk agent roles at a residential building located at 1101 President Street in Brooklyn. This is ideal for someone who lives nearby and is looking for extra work with a flexible schedule. Coverage will be needed only when regular staff members are on scheduled time off.

Pay Rate:

$18.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities include:

Porter Duties:

Cleaning common areas Sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal Light maintenance support

Front Desk Duties:

Greet and assist tenants and visitors. Logging packages and guests Maintaining a professional and secure lobby environment

Requirements:

Must live near 1101 President Street (Crown Heights area) Must be fluent in English Comfortable with cleaning and interacting with residents Prior experience is a plus. Flexible schedule required (coverage may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays) This is a temporary position to cover employee vacation and fill in for absences.
