Cleaner – Evening (Part-time) 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 410 Atlantic Avenue, Rochester, NY 14609 Job Summary We are seeking a part time weekday evening cleaner (Monday – Friday 4/5pm-8pm) to join our team at K9 Playtime. This position is for 15-20 hours per week. You must love dogs – you will not be working with them but will come in contact with them during the shift. Duties Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure cleanliness in all areas. Move light furniture and vacuum and mop behind items. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Clean reception, clean the grooming room & grooming shower tub, utility sinks Wipe down doors, walls, base boards, surfaces, clean windows You may have to move or fold a load of laundry Attention to detail is required! Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude towards work.
