The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the building. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain floors through effective floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing. Conduct custodial tasks to ensure all facilities are clean and organized. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Engage in industrial cleaning activities to maintain operational efficiency. Regularly inspect cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance or custodial services is preferred. Experience in bar/restaurant cleaning environments is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
