Summary The Lead Cleanercoordinates the activities of employees engaged in cleaning andmaintaining premises of commercial and industrial establishmentswithin dry and cold environments Job Duties

• Assign tasks toworkers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards
• Oversee floor and carpet care employees
• Issues supplies andequipment
• Performs duties of workers supervised
• Appraisesemployee performance
• Addresses customer complaints and resolvesproblems Requirements Cleaning experience preferred.

Bilingualpreferred but not required. Reliable transportation to ensureconsistent dependability is required. Must be able to meet thephysical requirements of the position.
