What You’ll Be Doing:

Keep commercial spaces looking their best by cleaning and disinfecting offices, shared areas, and common spaces. Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, and sanitizing restrooms with care and consistency. Help maintain a neat, well-organized environment where clients feel confident and comfortable. Follow our proven checklists and systems to ensure every space meets our high standards. Work as part of a supportive team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.

Position Type:

Part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time based on performance and company needs.

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial, custodial, or industrial cleaning is preferred.

Bilingual:

Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Sharp attention to detail—you notice what others might overlook. Excellent organizational skills—you enjoy creating neat, orderly environments. Reliable and punctual—we count on you to show up on time, every time. Able to work afternoon, nights, and weekends as needed. Have your own reliable transportation (work sites are throughout Nassau County). Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving light furniture. Open to feedback and eager to grow.
