We currently have a multi-faceted role for a Maintenance/Custodial Associate. The INN is looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to carry out general cleaning and maintenance of the INN buildings, ensuring a safe and clean environment when cleaning services and/or maintenance mechanics are unavailable. In this role, you will: Restock all toilet paper, paper towels, and other paper supplies. Vacuum all rugs. Empty all the trash and put it in the dumpster. Place new trash bags in the garbage containers. Wash and disinfect all trash cans and all tables and chairs. Clean offices in multiple locations Organize and arrange orders for paper supplies and cleaning products. Sweep and mop the floors of the refrigerator. Sweep and mop the garage and pantry areas. Take all chairs down daily.

We require:

Nine months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of warehouse, custodial, and material handling operations. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Salary:
