The role of a Technician at Pink’s is primarily focused on providing world class window cleaning services to our residential and commercial customers, but it goes far beyond the core task. All Technicians will have the opportunity to sell Pink’s services and earn commission on any revenue brought into the territory. Additionally, the Technician will provide amazing customer service to our clients and hone their communication skills. With Pink’s, there are opportunities for career advancement to Lead Technician as well as General Manager roles. You will contribute to a fun, fast growing team while making an excellent reputation within the Pinks territory among its customers. What a day in the life of a Pink’s technician looks like: Each Pink’s van is led by a team of two Technicians who will provide excellent customer service to our clients. While the majority of the work will focus on window cleaning, other services such as screen cleaning, power washing and gutter cleaning could be on the day’s schedule. The Technicians will interact with customers before and after the job, and have the opportunity to sell Pink’s services to both existing and new customers.

Technician Role Overview:

Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment. Cleaning and scrubbing tracks. Cleaning Screens. Job:

Technicians are responsible for everything from start to finish. Each week the Technician will need to look ahead at their jobs and make sure they have the materials necessary and are aware of what they are walking into. They communicate with customers about timeliness, sending alerts before arriving. Technicians ensure clear communication by discussing job details upon arrival.

Job Closeout and Customer Interaction:

Handle the job’s closeout, including customer interaction. They walk through the completed job with the customer. Discuss what went well and any areas that may not have met standards. Handle payment forms and gently mention the importance of reviews.

Ownership and Accountability:

Takes ownership of the entire job, including any imperfections. The Technician bears the ultimate responsibility for job success and customer satisfaction. Effective communication and oversight are key to the Technician’s role. Strive to ensure customers are satisfied and willing to leave positive reviews. The Technician’s role is pivotal in maintaining quality and customer relationships.
