Job Description
School Cleaner Island Park Union Free School District Island Park, NY 11558 Civil Service Position• Full-Time School Cleaner Monday – Friday 2:45pm-10:45pm (occasional overtime) School Experience Preferred Clean classrooms, restrooms, halls, special activity areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.) Perform minor repairs Replace supplies, strip and wax floors Wash windows and wipe boards Set up and remove furniture Secure windows and doors Snow/leaf removal Minor painting and touchup of walls and moldings
