We are looking for a dedicated and skilled carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and restoring various types of carpets, rugs, and upholstery, as well as handling water damage situations.

Duties:

• Perform carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services in residential and commercial properties.
• Assess and address water damage to residential and commercial properties.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs
• using machine and hand washing techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• travel to different job sites as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning and water damage restoration.
• Car and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
