This Role:
The Maintenance Porter (MP) position revolves around the day-to-day process of maintaining a clean and safe storage facility. Additionally, the MP is responsible for providing high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Porter, you will: Handle immediate maintenance and janitorial needs of the assigned facility Conduct daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas of the building (floors, walls, restrooms, office space, facility exterior, etc.) Cutting locks Painting Light handyman work Latch installations Flood remediation Snow removal Corner guard repair Patching walls
