Position Summary INTER in New York, NY is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician / Janitor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential to ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for both staff and guests. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including exhibition spaces, common areas, and restrooms

• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
• Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
• Address and resolve spills or messes promptly
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to success in this role.
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$18

• 20hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
