Cleaner Everclean Building Services New Hartford, NY 13413 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately. Restock supplies as needed (e.g., toilet paper, soap, cleaning products). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to lift and move items as needed (up to 25 pounds). Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites if required. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
