This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility. Buff floors and maintain floor care standards to ensure surfaces are clean and presentable. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Carry out commercial cleaning duties in office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Serve by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the premises. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use. Move furniture during the summer months. Skills Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
