Well-established commercial janitorial services company has great opportunities for those seeking regular part-time employment assignments. Assignments include Downtown Syracuse and surrounding areas. Currently, we have a need for Part-time Cleaners for both day and evening shifts with our commercial customers. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning work areas, break rooms, and common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and wiping down counters.
- Sanitizing restrooms including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down sinks, brushing down toilets, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, and filling soap and paper dispensers.
- Emptying trash throughout facility.
- Other related cleaning tasks.
Available schedules vary from 3 to 5 days per week, mostly Monday through Friday but some assignments include one weekend shift. Position hours range from approximately 10 – 20 hours per week, depending on the customer. Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Qualified candidates have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, customer service skills and work well in both a team environment and independently.
