Maintenance and Plant Operations Description The Arc Mid-Hudson, one of the largest employers in the Hudson Valley, with over 1500 employees across Ulster, Greene, Columbia, and Putnam counties, has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Custodianin Putnam County. Responsibilities include for daily cleanliness of multiple locations, refuse removal and supplies as reflected in schedule of daily activities. Perform a variety of routine standard housekeeping jobs, i.e.: Mopping, dusting, cleaning offices, hallway, and restrooms.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, Flexible days/hours based on program needs
STARTING SALARY
$ 16.00 per hour Minimum Requirements + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. + Experience in building maintenance. + This position requires re peated bending, stooping, lifting occasionally and prolonged standing and walking.
