Position Summary:
The Shuttle Bus Cleaner / Fueler is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and fueling buses in a timely manner at the assigned bus depot. This position requires attention to detail, and adherence to company standards for safety and quality. The successful candidate will ensure that buses are properly cleaned, fueled, and ready for service.
Essential Functions:
Ensure that cleanliness, fueling, and service levels meet or exceed expectations. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring buses are in excellent condition and fueled promptly. Proper cleaning chemical use. Follow safety, security, and compliance standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily bus cleaning and fueling operations. Ensure buses are fueled in a timely manner to meet operational needs. Secure and manage keys and access cards for all vehicles. Inspect buses for damaged, broken, or malfunctioning items and report any issues. Regularly check and restock supplies, equipment, and chemicals on a weekly basis. Accurately complete order forms for supplies and inventory. Coordinate the use of equipment and manage inventories effectively. Perform duties as needed to support the team in ensuring buses are prepared for service.
