Job Description:
Makon Management. LLC is currently seeking a porter to clean a large residential building located in Woodside, NY. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly according to Department of Sanitation guidelines. Must keep the interiors clean for the residents. The Porter will work closely with the Property Manager to meet with building vendors, oversee moving and provide assistance and excellent customer service to residents The candidate will also be responsible for the following: All trash removal including garbage and recycling Maintain building interior and exterior common areas according to schedule Place trash and recycling on the sidewalk on the scheduled days Sweep and mop the building according to the maintenance schedule Clean the windows and trash rooms Change light bulbs as needed Hose and clean sidewalks and terrace according to the maintenance schedule Snow and ice removal from sidewalks as needed Maintain package rooms clean and organized Water plants as needed •light handyman work is a plus•
