Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartmentsMaintain exterior areasCollect and sort trashSalt and shovel snow during inclement weatherSome minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredOne year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is requiredMust be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime (Spring and summer season)
Salary:
$17.00 – $19.00/hr.
