Cleaning Technician Peachy Clean Home and Office Cleaning East Greenbush, NY 12061 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a energy and low absences, as well as strong work ethic, compassion, attention to detail, the desire to help others, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including homes, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols. Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition. Document tasks completed according to company protocals Converse with clients in a professional friendly manner to establish trust and clarify expectations Requirements Willingness to do hands-on cleaning tasks. Experience is not required, We will train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to be on your feet for 5+ hours at a time. Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, etc. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Bonus opportunities Tips Application Question(s): Are you available to work Full Time (35-40 hours per week) between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday? We use a smart phone ap for scheduling and appointment tracking. Do you have a smart phone that you are willing to use for this purpose? We currently serve clients in East Greenbush, Castleton, Latham, Watervliet, Troy, Wynantskill, and Ballston Lake. Are you willing and able to travel to these locations and the surrounding areas for work each day? You will be required to begin and end some cleaning appointments independently. Do you have a method to transport cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, bucket of supplies) with you to the jobsite? Are you able to store the supplies overnight (example: in your car, house, or garage) for use the following day?
