Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a team of industrial cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Operate and supervise the use of floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and power lifts. Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Identify and address safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance needs, escalating concerns as necessary. Ensure team members follow OSHA safety regulations, proper PPE usage, and hazardous material handling protocols. Coordinate job assignments and workflow to optimize productivity. Maintain communication with management regarding project updates, personnel issues, and supply needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in industrial cleaning, manufacturing sanitation, or janitorial work in an industrial setting is preferred. Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to train and uphold cleaning quality standards. Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs. regularly. Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel to job sites is required). What We Offer
