• Job Summary:

• Responsible for the general building maintenance including equipment up-keep, and facility cleanliness.
• Responsibilities

• Job Duties:

• + Maintain floor cleanliness utilizing associated equipment + Dispose of facility trash + Baling of corrugated cardboard + Maintain facility restrooms + Responsible for general maintenance of: 1.

Sealing and patching floors 2. Miscellaneous painting 3. Washing and cleaning of tote boxes 4. Minor repairs + Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs + Perform other duties as assigned

• Job Skills Required:

• + Must be able to lift 40 pounds + Palletize freight to a height of 8″ + Successful completion of all mandatory training
