As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality cleaning services. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to the highest standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms. Manage laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Provide additional services such as carpet cleaning and deep cleaning as required. Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Uphold housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient workflow and organization of cleaning supplies. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while using cleaning products and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently without supervision. Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is a plus. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
