Airbnb Cleaner/Caretaker Position Available In Ulster, New York

Airbnb Cleaner/Caretaker Dream House in the Gunks Kerhonkson, NY 12446 We are seeking an energetic, sharp, and honest individuals to join our short-term rental caretaker team. The right person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy to clean, move fast and hustle. Prior Short Term Rental (airbnb) cleaning experience is a big plus. Also it is preferable if candidate is capable to do small repairs on the go , troubleshooting and upkeep a residential household . We are growing company and looking for right individuals to help expand this business and grow together.

Schedule:

can be flexible but availability from 11 AM – 4 PM is must. Also must be able to work Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays , Weekly workload : Availability to work min 4-5 days per week.

Location:

Applicants must reside within a 20-minute drive of Kerhonkson, NY.

Compensation:

Starting rate during training: $20/hour.

Post-training rate:

Up to $25-30/hour (plus tips) Holiday pay is double.

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness of the property by performing clean ups after guests Year around property upkeep and maintenance. Small repairs, improvements and updates of residential properties Communicate effectively to the rest of our hospitality team and property manager Priority tasks based on current reservation flow Provide exceptional hospitality and care to guests

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management, Airbnb, rental property cleaning, or caretaking is preferable . Must be seeking a long-term position (temporary workers need not apply).
