We are looking for a high-performing, unstoppable Field Operations Supervisor — a motivator , a trainer , and a no-excuses operator who can step into the trenches, light fires of discipline and pride, and bring out greatness in every crew they touch. This is for someone who thrives in motion. You will be in the field, solving problems, inspiring teams, checking quality, and turning chaos into clarity .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead commercial cleaning teams with vision, strategy, and discipline Train, coach, and transform staff into high-performing units Run daily walkthroughs, inspections, and performance audits like a general inspecting the ranks Solve staffing gaps — fast. You are the gap-filler, the closer, the example. Handle escalations with professionalism, presence, and precision Enforce supply, chemical, and equipment standards with zero shortcuts Write up field reports, performance feedback, and corrective actions that lead to real results Show up as a living, breathing example of our core values : Integrity, Execution, Accountability, Growth

WHAT IT TAKES

3+ years of janitorial/commercial cleaning leadership experience Deep knowledge of commercial cleaning, OSHA safety, and floor care Mastery in training and inspiring others to rise up Strong admin and time management — you run your day, not the other way around A relentless drive to get results and raise the bar Must own reliable transportation and be willing to travel between locations Fierce loyalty, humility, and professional presence in every interaction

$18.72 – $25.00/hr (based on experience)

Average Weekly Hours:

40+ (some weekends/on-call shifts)
