The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of the cleaning staff.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Handle trash removal and disposal
• Maintain cleanliness of men’s restrooms, locker, and common areas
• Perform floor care duties including buffing and waxing
• Assist with residential painting projects as needed
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Support facilities maintenance by addressing minor repairs and maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Experience
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
• Knowledge of porter duties and responsibilities
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
• Ability to perform floor care duties including buffing
• Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects min 50lbs
• Handyman experience needed
