• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, respect the sensitivity of the setting, and contribute to the peaceful and professional atmosphere of the funeral home.

• Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of all public and staff areas, including reception, visitation rooms, restrooms, and offices
• Dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Light maintenance tasks such as wiping down outdoor entry areas or seasonal tidying
• Maintaining a neat, orderly, and welcoming environment throughout the facility

• Qualifications:

• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and respect for the solemn nature of the workplace
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

• Schedule & Compensation:

• 5 hours every other week
• Flexible scheduling (within reasonable business hours)
• $20 per hour, negotiable based on experience
