The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting. This role is essential in creating a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
