The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings. Execute custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of facilities by ensuring all areas are free from debris and clutter. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and best practices.
