Due to our recent growth, we are seeking a maintenance team member. They will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, general cleaning, and weather dependent maintenance on the property. They will be an active team member at the property presenting a clean curb appeal and interior cleanliness with physical efficiency to our prospective customers and current customers. They will also be available for major projects, Etc. happening within the property. Most importantly, they will represent the facility and its overall appearance.

We are seeking someone with:

Basic Janitorial Cleaning. Light maintenance abilities (light bulb changing, handy man skills, replace latch/lock, paint touch ups, door handle replacement). Friendly. Creates a positive environment with customers when interacting with them. Can take direction well. Communicate with Manager. Snow Removal sidewalks (salting with spreader, snow blower )( sidewalks only ). Spring

Job Requirements:
