What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a responsible and quality-driven GMP Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting a manufacturing facility; specialized training will be required. To work well in this role, you should already have previous manufacturing cleaning experience, some advanced cleaning skills, and previous leader experience. The successful candidate will possess high levels of energy, strong organizational skills, strong leadership skills, and pride in delivering excellent service.
GMP Lead Responsibilities:
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Leading the team in daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas. Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed. Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted. Adheres to proper security procedures. Notifies management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer. Performs other cleaning-related duties as required. Proper GMP documentation, including good penmanship. Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff. Resolving conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner. Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required. Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages. Other duties, as assigned by your supervisor.
GMP Lead Requirements:
Proven experience working as a janitorial lead. 2-3 years of previous manufacturing cleaning experience required. 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills, such as hard floor and carpet maintenance, required. Ability to speak, write and read English is preferred and may be required by some customers. Attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50lbs Working knowledge of various cleaning methods. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
