Description Employment Terms:
This is a full-time, 12-month position
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 5:45 am until 1:45 pm
Hourly rate: $16.34 + $3500 annual stipend for the head custodian role
Benefits eligible on the first of the month following month of hire
Full-time, 12-month staff are awarded 14 PTO days & 10 vacation days and receive 11 paid holidays annually
This position is governed by the Hamburg Area Support Professionals Agreement and requires a probation period of 90 workdays. Position Summary Under general supervision, functions as a team leader at the building level for custodial staff. Performs leadership responsibilities and participates in the work performed by the custodial staff. Reports to the Director of Facilities. Minimum Qualifications High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., General Educational Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).
Two years’ experience as a custodian, preferably within an education entity.
