Shift :

Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9:30pm. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities are safe, hygienic, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Conduct commercial cleaning duties including buffing floors, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are stocked and clean. Assist with residential painting projects as needed to enhance the appearance of living spaces. Carry out custodial tasks that include trash removal, window washing, and general upkeep of facilities. Engage in industrial cleaning activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management promptly. Maintain floor care by using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure longevity and cleanliness of flooring materials. Act as a porter when necessary, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment within the facility. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
