Team Member Role Summary:

•As a Carfagno Commercial Cleaning team member, you will be responsible for showing up and sign in, clean following the designated checklist, then lock up and sign out from your assigned accounts during pre-scheduled time windows on a weekly basis.

Position Details:

•C3 is based out of Harleysville and operates in the Indian Valley. We clean buildings as far as Quakertown to the North, Colmar to the East, Blue Bell to the South, and Royersford to the West. C3 offers flexible, part-time cleaning shifts every night of the week and weekend to supplement your income. This is a specific job post for new and existing C3 locations in Line Lexington. The position is 1 night per week. Typical C3 Team Members work professional jobs during the day and desire extra income after work or on weekends. Predictable pay with clear expectations:

Pays $15-$20/hour via bi-weekly direct deposit, our average team member works 1-3, 3-hour shifts/week. Team members work alone at their own pace and can earn more per hour the faster they clean with high quality. Efficient team members earn over $20/hour. Flexible, after-hours schedule: Most shifts are scheduled office hours over the weekends when the business is closed. Therefore, the offices are usually empty. Team members can plug in their earbuds and listen while they work to escape the craziness of their week while earning additional cash for the family. Supportive and accessible management:

Each cleaner works independently at their assigned location with live support from the on-call management team. Supplies, paid orientation, and ongoing training provided for all team members.

Job Requirements:

Able to work weekends. Able to pass a background check with no significant flags. Own or have reliable access to a smartphone with internet data access and the capability to download and operate necessary applications. Able to lift up to 35 lbs Able to maneuver a 10 lb upright vacuum around smaller office locations and on stairs and wear a 12 lb backpack vacuum for up to 2 hours at a time in some larger locations. Comfortable with some commercial detergents and cleaners (we use as many eco-friendly, non-hazardous cleaners as we can). Physically able to stand, kneel, bend and carry as needed for the duration of your shift (shifts vary from two to four hours duration). Able to work with or without direct supervision, read, write, problem-solve, and follow directions. Also work well with others as needed. Punctual with reliable transportation.
