Butler, PA Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial/ Residential Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial and residential settings, ensuring that our clients’ spaces are welcoming and spotless. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks and a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Utilize proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces, including carpet cleaning and floor care. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service while on-site. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Previous experience in hotel cleaning, custodial work, or residential cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing extra care. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet client expectations. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
