Description Reliable Home Health is expanding its non-medical support division and seeks detail-oriented cleaners to help seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes throughout Butler, Meridian, Lyndora, Connoquenessing, and nearby townships. Flexible shifts, mileage reimbursement, and paid training make this an ideal role for anyone who takes pride in a spotless living space and enjoys working independently. Position Highlights Immediate start dates — complete onboarding and begin paid routes within three business days Predictable hours — choose from 15

• 25• or 35-hour weekly tracks (Monday-Friday, daytime only) Local routes — no more than 15 miles between homes; we group assignments geographically Competitive pay — $15•17 per hour plus $0.

45 / mile mileage reimbursement for getting errands for clients Supportive team — supplies provided, 24 / 7 scheduler hotline, paid bi-weekly Core Responsibilities Routine Home Cleaning Dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard floors, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens Light Organization Tidy common areas, rotate bedding, straighten closets and pantries Safe-Home Checks Observe hazards (e.g., loose rugs, cluttered walkways) and report to care coordinator Client Interaction Greet courteously, confirm task list, respect privacy; brief conversation encouraged Documentation Clock in/out via mobile app, note services completed, log supply needs All tasks are non-medical and authorized through each client’s service agreement. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older with high-school diploma /GED Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance Ability to pass Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check Able to lift/transport cleaning tote (up to 25 lbs) and stand/bend up to three hours at a time Smartphone (iOS / Android) for route updates and electronic documentation Preferred Skills Six months of professional or hospitality cleaning experience Familiarity with eco-friendly or fragrance-free products Experience interacting with seniors or individuals with limited mobility Training & Growth Paid, four-hour orientation covering senior safety, infection control, and product handling Annual eight-hour refresher (paid) keeps you current on best practices Pathways to Senior Cleaner (team lead) and Homemaker Aide roles with higher pay Typical Schedule Examples TrackDaysHours per DayNotes35 hrMon-Fri9 a.m
