The Commercial Cleaning Team Member position offers a competitive pay starting at $18/hr , which can rise to as high as $22/hr based on performance and experience. Work Schedule The majority of our work starts in the early evening when our Customers are finished with their workday. This allows for scheduling flexibility, and is best suited for part-time work. Our primary working hours are between 5:30pm-10pm, Monday-Friday . About the Job Responsibilities Take ownership for the quality of the work you are performing Commercial cleaning areas: office desks, bathrooms, common areas, etc.

Cleaning duties include:

disinfecting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal Communicate with team members / manager regarding, but not limited to: customer feedback, scheduling arrangements While working in teams, reviewing or spot-checking each others’ work Requirements Reliable transportation & valid drivers license Promptly arriving at customer locations on time Be able to communicate in English (verbal & written) Own an app-enabled cell phone that allows you to be contacted reliably Ability to comfortably lift 30 lbs without risk of injury Previous cleaning experience a huge plus but not required Additional Opportunities We offer spot bonuses for great work and contributing to a positive team dynamic Room for growth: As we grow, and where there is a match between business needs and the skills of our employees, we will offer opportunities to our people to get involved in activities beyond cleaning and potentially carve out their own new role within the company.
