Custodian Tailored Bottling Solutions LLC 456 Acorn La, Downingtown, PA 19335 Job Overview The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining our facilities. We take great pride in the external and internal appearance of our facility and see it as a reflection of our business, so we expect our Custodian to take the same pride in their work. Qualification & Requirements Interpersonal and communication skills Proactivity while having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrate the ability to follow complex instructions Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely. Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and maintain a schedule Responsibilities & Skills Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Collect and dispose of trash from the office and production areas. Sign off on required SQF documents upon completion of duties. Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities. Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment. Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers. Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture. Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs. Manages inventory of cleaning supplies. Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
