Gale La, Kennett Square, PA 19348 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming Maintain and care for floors including buffing and waxing Conduct residential painting tasks as needed Ensure proper sanitation of restrooms and common areas Handle waste disposal and recycling activities Assist with facilities maintenance tasks Perform porter duties as required Qualifications Proven experience in custodial, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience with residential painting is a plus
