Janitorial Cleaning 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 17 West Miner Street, West Chester, PA 19382 Responsible for performing office cleaning and light maintenance tasks for the firm. Evening hours only. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Empties all trash cans and shredders daily.
- Cleans restrooms totally. Refills all paper supplies daily.
- Cleans kitchens totally. Refills all paper goods daily.
- Cleans lobby totally. Vacuums carpet, dusts furniture, cleans hard floors, cleans front door etc. daily.
- Vacuums carpets throughout office weekly.
- Dusts furniture weekly.
- Cleans conference rooms totally. Vacuums carpet and cleans furniture weekly.
- Cleans copy rooms weekly.
- Clean apartment entrances weekly.
- Changes light bulbs/ballast.
- Rotating “on call” responsibility.
Position Specifications:
- Requires a high school diploma/GED.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ prior related experience required.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
- Must possess a positive attitude and be reliable.
Working Conditions:
Mostly office environment and outdoor. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
