We are a residential cleaning service so you will be in and out of people’s homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have at least 2 years of cleaning experience. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean environment. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition. Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
