The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial setting. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks in a commercial property , ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Execute custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct cleaning tasks that may involve vacuuming and mopping floors and maintaining equipment cleanliness. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas while adhering to safety protocols. Engage in ALL cleaning purposes. Skills Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures. Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Experience in facilities maintenance is beneficial for this role. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
