We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Team Lead to oversee a cleaning team in residential settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing cleaning teams while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. Monday-Friday 8:45-3:30. Pay rate based on experience. Duties Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff in residential environments, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Maintain open communication with clients and the office to address any concerns or special requests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that the team is well-equipped for each job. Responsible for team paperwork Qualifications Experience in housekeeping management or a similar leadership role within the residential or commercial cleaning industry. Customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members Attention to detail. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Experience in residential cleaning environments is required. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills related to residential cleaning services.
